Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 4999but website, mobile site, or any associated application, and by completing the registration process or placing any wager or game stake, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you unconditionally accept them. These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by 4999but, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, instant-win products, fishing arcade games, keno, and any promotional or bonus feature offered by the Platform from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by the following additional policy documents, each of which forms an integral part of the overall agreement between you and 4999but:

• The Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data.
• The Responsible Gaming Policy, which sets out the tools and safeguards available to players who wish to manage their gambling activity.
• Individual game or promotion rules published on the Platform at the time of participation, which may supplement or modify these general terms in specific contexts.

4999but reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, the Platform will endeavour to notify registered players via email to the address on record. Regardless of whether notification is provided, it remains your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of 4999but after any amendment has been published constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.

Account Registration

To access the full range of services on 4999but — including sports betting markets, live casino tables, slots, and instant-win games — you must complete the registration process and create a verified player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information.

You agree to provide true and accurate information at the time of registration, and to keep your account details up to date at all times. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active account on 4999but. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or via different devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 4999but login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any other individual to access your account.
• Breach notification: You must notify 4999but support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact us at support@4999but with your account details and a description of the suspected breach.
• KYC documentation: Before processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Bangladesh NID or passport) and proof of your registered payment method. Failure to provide these documents within the requested timeframe will result in withdrawal hold.
• Account currency: All player accounts are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Amounts displayed throughout the Platform are in BDT unless otherwise explicitly stated.

4999but reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal. The Platform also reserves the right to request additional verification documentation from any registered player at any time, particularly where unusual account activity is detected or where a high-value withdrawal is requested.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game stakes placed on 4999but are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting markets, live casino tables, slots, crash games, keno, or fishing arcade games. In all cases, the following general rules apply across every product category:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player after confirmation, except where an in-play "cash out" feature is explicitly available and the player exercises it within the permitted window.
• 4999but reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including erroneous odds, incorrect market descriptions, or technical faults that caused incorrect prices to be displayed. In such cases, stakes are returned to the player's account balance.
• In the event of a disputed result in any cricket match, including BPL, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, or T20 World Cup matches, the Platform will apply the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC) as the settlement basis. No informal or crowd-sourced results will be accepted.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to all betting markets and game products. These limits are displayed within the relevant market or game interface and may vary by product, market type, and player account tier.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or play games on 4999but is strictly prohibited. Detection of such activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all pending winnings.
• Collusion between players — including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, coordinated betting to exploit bonus structures, or any other form of multi-account coordination — is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and will be investigated and penalised accordingly.
• Game outcomes in all slots, live casino, crash, keno, and instant-win products are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) operated by the relevant game provider. 4999but does not manipulate or override game outcomes under any circumstances.

Specific rules for individual game categories — including cricket betting settlement rules, slot game paytables, live casino table rules, and crash game mechanics — are published within each product section of the 4999but platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.

Account Suspension & Closure

4999but reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age, or has provided false date-of-birth information during the registration process.
• The account holder has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during the KYC verification process.
• Suspicious or potentially fraudulent financial activity is detected on the account, including unusual deposit patterns, rapid deposit-and-withdrawal cycles, or transactions flagged by our AML monitoring systems.
• The account has been used in connection with bonus abuse, multi-accounting, collusion, use of automated betting tools, or any other form of platform manipulation.
• The account holder is or becomes an employee, contractor, or affiliate of 4999but or any of its partner companies.
• 4999but is required to suspend or close the account pursuant to a legal obligation, court order, or instruction from a relevant authority.
• The account holder has made a self-exclusion request, either directly through their account settings or via a request to the support team.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email to their registered address. During a suspension period, no bets may be placed, no deposits made, and no withdrawals processed until the investigation is concluded. Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud or terms violation, any balance held may be forfeited at the Platform's discretion.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account for any reason — including responsible gaming self-exclusion — may do so by contacting the support team at support@4999but. Account closure requests will be processed within one business day. Any verified remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment account.
